We are so delighted to open our doors and have you as our guests. We're Rick and Ashley, your hosts for your Costa Rican rainforest holiday.
We originally come from Canada, but we sought out a different pace of life and have now called this beautiful, vibrant country home for a combined 15 years. For us, Costa Rica isn't just a place we live; it's the place where our own story began, as we were lucky enough to meet and fall in love right here among the lush landscapes.
Creating Pura Vidaville was a labor of love. We wanted to design a sanctuary where our guests could easily step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the wonders of the rainforest. From the calls of the howler monkeys in the morning to the breathtaking blue waters of the nearby river, we hope that during your visit, you also fall deeply in love with the nature, the people, and the welcoming 'Pura Vida' spirit of the Rio Celeste area.
Whether you are here for thrilling eco-adventures or just to sip local coffee while watching toucans from your porch, we want your stay to be perfect. We live nearby and are always happy to share our insider tips on the best local spots, trails, and hidden gems. Just let us know!
